While Cratejoy offers an app for syncing your subscriber's email addresses to a specific MailChimp list, you may still want to incorporate a Mailchimp Pop Up to collect additional emails. You can easily add this to your site without having to edit any code.
First, you'll need to design your form within Mailchimp's Subscriber Popup editor and generate the needed javascript. It should look something like this:
Next, you'll take the entire code snippet and add it into your visual designer, under SEO Settings:
Click on Site Settings:
Paste the javascript code into the 'Header Code' field
Once saved, your theme will now display the Pop Up Form for your visitors to submit their email addresses with!
Things to remember:
- You can click the image of a theme to preview it before making it your published theme
- Test your design changes with a private window or be sure to clear your cache if changes are not appearing immediately.
