Why Cratejoy does testing

From time to time, the Cratejoy Marketing Team runs tests on the Marketplace to gain insights on what experience converts the best for our customers. Tests typically split the Cratejoy audience 50/50. This means half the audience see the original experience and the other half gets the new experience.

Testing may be done on phone, tablet, and/or desktop experiences.

The goal is to optimize conversion rates and improve the Marketplace experience for customers. Sellers who have questions or notice discrepancies can submit a ticket to Cratejoy Support.

Can Sellers opt-out of testing?

In order to get accurate results, Cratejoy runs these tests sitewide. There is no option for sellers to opt-out of. These tests are not permanent and usually run about 2 - 8 weeks.
