Based on seller requests, our Business Intelligence team has enhanced the format of the email sellers receive when a subscriber cancels - the goal being to give sellers all the information they need to make an informed decision about how to react to the cancellation.

Now, with the enhanced email, seller's have all the tools they need to react effectively and efficiently to a cancellation.

The new email seller's receive (below) surfaces all of the following:

  • Cancelation reason
  • Product name
  • Product term
  • # of unshipped shipments
  • # of renewals
  • Sign-up date
  • Total revenue from the specific subscriber
  • Links for:
    • Emailing the subscriber directly
    • Viewing the subscriber's subscription
    • Viewing the customer's information
    • Viewing the customer's order

For reference, the previous email seller's received (below) was exactly the same email their canceled subscriber received - no useful information outside of the subscriber's name and cancelation date.
