  • You can use the gift information within MailChimp, letting you easily run campaigns with your gift recipients. (This data can be located in any MailChimp list connected to Cratejoy, by navigating to Manage Contacts, then Groups.)

We’ve given you the power to inform your gift recipients & handle their customer service issues
  • You can now automatically notify your gift recipients that their gift is on the way by turning on the "Storefront Initial Gift Shipped" notification in your Notification Settings Tab.

  • Added a toggle to the Gift Information section on the Subscriptions Details page that allows you to change a subscription from auto-renewing to non-auto-renewing.
