How to change your subscription term

If you want to change your subscription term (i.e.: Month-to-Month, or 3, 6 and 12-month prepaid subscriptions), follow the steps in this article: Changing Your Subscription Term Length

How to update or add a new address 

To update the shipping address associated with a specific order, click Orders > Manage Subscription > Edit Shipping Address > Confirm. This updates the address for future shipments of that order.
However, since each seller on our platform has their own schedule for preparing shipments, we also recommend clicking Contact Seller to communicate the update directly to the seller.
