Cratejoy sellers can receive a high volume of emails, so we recommend giving the independent seller 4 days to respond before pursuing the next steps. Should this period of time pass and you have not received a response, you will be able to open a case with Cratejoy.
To do this, simply select "Contact Support" underneath your message to the seller.
When reaching out to Cratejoy Support, please include as much context as possible, as this will help a support agent best respond to your inquiry. Pertinent information includes the seller you purchased from, the email address you used to subscribe, the specific product you're referring to, and the overall nature of your request. Cratejoy Support aims to help to resolve the situation as quickly as possible and replies to tickets in the order they were received.
