Cratejoy is a relatively small team on a growing company and at this time does not have the capacity for full phone support.

We’ve found that email is the best format in which to support our customers because it allows both parties to communicate exactly what is going on, provide visual examples and links, and allows us to take the time to diagnose any issues and provide a clear response that we can both reference.

We do prioritize the tickets by order received and respond as quickly as possible.
