Here, we’ll walk you through how to add or hide different terms for your subscription products.
How to enable or disable terms
- Navigate to Product --> Subscription Products.
- Click on the Product Name you'd like to modify.
- Scroll down to Subscribe Flow, where you'll see the Terms & Pricing page.
To enable a term, so that your subscribers can see it: Slide the toggle to make it visible.
To disable a term, so that new subscribers can't subscribe to it: Slide the toggle to make it hidden.
To edit a term’s price: Click into the price field to modify it.
To update a term’s description or image: Click the pencil icon next to the term.
To reorganize your terms (e.g. to show the 3-month prepay first): Click on the two-bar icon on the left of the term and reorganize the order of your terms.
After making any changes, be sure to hit Save at the bottom to set your changes live!
When can/can’t I enable, disable, or change terms?
You can always enable/disable terms, regardless of how many subscribers you have on those particular terms; enabling/disabling the term will just determine whether that term is shown as an option for new subscribers.
You can only change a term’s price, however, if that subscription term has 0 subscribers of any status. Meaning, if a subscription term has any subscribers (cancelled, expired, active, etc.) you cannot change its price.
