Occasionally, a seller you purchased from might no longer be listed on the Cratejoy Marketplace. If this is the case, your order is still valid and all shipments that you ordered will still ship on the seller's normal schedule. Since you are a current customer, your subscription can renew with a delisted seller. You can still manage your subscription status by visiting the My Subscriptions section of your Cratejoy account.
