On Cratejoy, you have the option to checkout as a Guest. Once you've placed a Guest order, in order to view order details, tracking information, or contact the seller, you will need to create an account by following these steps:
1. Visit Cratejoy.com and click the Person Icon on the upper right.
2. Click Create a Free Account
3. Fill out the fields including your First Name, Last Name, Email Address used during Guest Checkout, and create a Password.
4. Click Create.
5. A secure email will be sent to the email address you provided. Follow the prompts in that email to complete your account registration.
6. Once you've verified your email, you'll be able to log into Cratejoy.com and view all past purchases associated with that account.
Please note: When claiming your account, it is required that you use the same email used when making your Guest checkout purchase. Otherwise, your guest order information will not be tied to the account you create.
