Offsite ads is a new initiative on Cratejoy Marketplace designed to promote your listings on popular search and social media platforms, driving additional customers to your products. Cratejoy’s experienced advertising team will handle all of the logistics for you and all listings are eligible to be featured.
You only pay a fee when an Offsite Ad drives a sale for your product, and all of your listings are automatically enrolled in the program. In your Cratejoy dashboard, you will see traffic and sales for all Offsite Ads activity. The offsite ads advertising fee will apply to any new orders you receive from these channels starting November 17, 2023.
Our expert team works with search engines and advertising partners to promote your products where there are buyers likely to convert. They will advertise your listing name, description, photos, coupons, offers, and more. To ensure the most success, optimize your listing based on our listing guidelines.

Your products will be advertised across popular search and social media platforms, like Google, Bing, Facebook, and Instagram. We will also promote your products with publishing partners like Buzzfeed, Good Housekeeping, GQ, and more.

What will I be charged?
The fee for offsite ads depends on your store’s sales over the precious 365 days and what type of product and plan is purchased.
If your account (all listings combined) has made $10,000 USD or more in the past 365 days, you will be charged 5% for all orders coming from these ads.
If your account (all listings combined) has made less than $10,000 USD in the past 365 days, you will be charged 6% for all orders coming from these ads.
Offsite ads fees do not apply to renewal orders.
How will I be charged?
You are only charged a fee when the Offsite Ad earns you a sale. You will see all of the fees in your Dashboard, under Offsite Ads. If a buyer clicks through an ad promoting your listings and then purchases within 30 days, that order will be attributed to the ad. If the buyer clicks an Offsite Ad and then purchases multiple times in those 30 days, each purchase will have the Offsite Ads fee.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged the Offsite Ads fee when the order comes in.
Is this optional?
All listings are automatically enrolled in Offsite Ads. Our team of experts are working hard to make sure your products get in front of the right customers, resulting in more sales for your business.
