Once your Cratejoy marketplace purchase has been shipped by that independent seller, you can track it in your Cratejoy account by following these steps:
1. Go to Cratejoy.com and log in with your current email address.
2. Once logged in click the menu My Orders.
3. Click the Order # you are looking for information about
4. Near the top of the page will be the Shipping Provider and Tracking # as provided by the seller at the time of shipping.
5. If you see your order has been fulfilled, but do not see any Tracking information, this means tracking information has not been provided by the Seller.
