Need to create a shipment to send a thank you or replacement box to a customer?

  1. Go to the Customer Details page (Click on a customer's name)
  2. Click on Action in the right hand corner
  3. Click on Add Shipment
  4. Choose the Product, Shipment Batch and Address to send it to
  5. Click on Confirm New Shipment

If you choose a subscription product, that shipment will appear in the same tab as your subscription products (on the Shipments page). If you choose a one-time product, that shipment will appear in the one-time product tab.
