This article will walk sellers through how to add a shipment for an existing customer and a new customer.

Steps to add a shipment for an existing customer

Shipments can be added for an existing customer for any reason. 

Shipments for Subscription Products and One-Time Products will show up in their corresponding tabs on the Shipments page.

Step 1: Go to the Customer Details page

Step 2: Click on Action in the right hand corner

Step 3: Click on Add Shipment

Step 4: Choose the Product, Shipment Batch and Address.

Step 5: Click on the Confirm New Shipment button

Steps to add a shipment for a new customer

From time to time sellers may have to create a shipment for a customer that is not currently in the Merchant Portal. This might happen if there's a giveaway winner and they are not purchasing a product, for example. In other words, there's no need to have the customer enter their payment details.

Step 1: Go to the Customers tab in Cratejoy.

Step 2: Click Action in the upper right hand corner.

Step 3: Click Add a Customer 

Step 4: Enter your customer's details including their email, name and address details.

Step 5: Click Add a New Customer
