This guide will walk you through on how to bulk mark shipments as shipped.

Mark As Shipped Button

You can bulk mark a current filter or select shipments as shipped with the Mark As Shipped button.

The first thing you will want to do is determine what shipments you want to mark as shipped. You can do this by either clicking on certain shipments, using a filter or if you want every shipment to be marked as shipped by simply checking the big box by Shipment Contents.

Once you've done this, you will want to click on the Mark as Shipped button in the right-hand corner.

What happens when you bulk mark shipments as shipped?

You’ll see a notification pop up in the top part of the screen, telling you that your bulk shipments operation is in progress.

If you have a very large number of shipments to mark as shipped, this may take a few minutes. In the meantime, Cratejoy will be marking shipments as shipped in groups. This means, for example, if you have 2000 shipments to mark as shipped, if you were to refresh the shipments page, you’d see the number of unshipped shipments decrease on each refresh — from 2000 to 1500 to 1200, etc.

How can you tell when the bulk mark as shipments process is complete?

You’ll see the global notification turn green with a success message. You’re done!

If you have enabled the Bulk Updates admin email notification, you’ll receive an email alert from Cratejoy Support that the operation is complete.

If it completes and you're still seeing shipments as unshipped that should've been marked, simply refresh the page and it will update them to be marked as shipped.
