You can see the balance of any gift card in one of two ways:

Through the Gift Cards page:

  1. Navigate to the Gift Cards page
  2. Click on the Gift Card that was issued
  3. Search for the purchaser or claimer of gift card by scrolling through the list or by using the search in the upper right hand corner
  4. Click through to the gift card

Through the Customer History Log:

  1. Navigate to the Customer
  2. Search through their history log until you see the gift card mentioned
  3. Click on the link
