How do I know when my subscription box will ship if I haven't purchased it yet?

Each Cratejoy Marketplace listing has a section where the seller describes their shipping policy. This is a great way to get a sense of when you can expect your shipments. You can find the Shipping Policy on the right-hand side of the listing page. There is also a blue Contact Seller button on each listing page in order to reach out to the Seller pre-purchase. If you have any special shipping requests, you will want to reach out to the seller before purchasing to see if they can accommodate. Where else can I see the shipping policy after I have purchased it?

After you have placed your order, you can see the seller's shipping policy on the order confirmation page you receive for the order.  You can also view the seller's Shipping Policy by logging into your Cratejoy Account and navigating to Orders. On the order details, you can click to view the seller's Shipping Policy. If it's unclear or you have further questions about the shipping policy, you can click Contact the Seller on that order. After your package has shipped, this article can help you locate tracking information if the seller has opted to provide that for the box. If you have already reached out to the seller and have not received a reply after 4 days, Cratejoy can try to contact them on your behalf. Cratejoy is bound by our Terms of Service in regards to what actions we can take.
