How do I know when my subscription box will ship if I haven't purchased yet?

Each Cratejoy Marketplace listing has a section where the seller describes their shipping policy. This is a great way to get a sense of when you can expect your first box. You can find the shipping policy on the right-hand side of the listing. These expectations typically include both a date that the seller typically ships boxes out, as well as providing a deadline to order to receive the next box.

Where else can I see the shipping policy after I have purchased?

After you have placed your order, you can see the seller's shipping policy in the order confirmation you receive for the order.

You can also view the seller's Shipping Policy by logging into your Cratejoy Account and navigating to Subscriptions. Here, you can view your active subscriptions. You can click to view the seller's Shipping Policy. If it's unclear or you have further questions, you can click to contact the seller directly.
