How do I know when my subscription box will ship?
You can view the latest shipping information for your order whether you're expecting a gift or subscription or one-time that you've purchased for yourself. Keep in mind that sellers operate their businesses independently and are responsible for the fulfillment and shipment of your order. Sellers set their own shipment dates, and this article will help walk you through where to find the shipping information for your Cratejoy order.
Where to view the seller's Shipping Policy
Once you've placed your order, the Order Confirmation page will show the shipping policy. This is the date the seller will ship your product.
You can also view the seller's Shipping Policy by logging into your Cratejoy Account and navigating to Subscriptions. Here, you can view your active subscriptions. You can click to view the seller's Shipping Policy. If it's unclear or you have further questions, you can click to contact the seller directly.
Clicking the Shipping Policy link will bring up a popover that includes the seller's Shipping Policy.
