If You Already Have a Subscription:
- Sign in to your Cratejoy account at Cratejoy.com
- Find your subscription in your account dashboard
- Click "Get help with my order"
- Complete the contact form with your question
- Submit your question and wait for a response via email or messages section.
- You can go into this section every time to see the details of your message.
If You Don't Have a Subscription Yet:
- Browse to the subscription box product page
- Scroll down to the "Shipping Policy" section on the right side
- Click "Contact Seller"
