The ability to create another administrator on an account, someone who can manage the account through the Seller Portal, is helpful for sellers that have multiple people working with them, such as customer service agents or developers.


Click on Users under Account


To create a new Admin or User, an Administrator can log into the Merchant Portal and use the "Users" tab on the left menu under the "Account" heading:



Click New User


Then fill in the data in the popup:




Here, new users can be configured, and the administrator setting up subsequent administrators can designate privileges and restrictions, allowing the new administrator or user to only have access to certain areas of the Merchant Portal relevant to their own needs.


Once you've added a user, you might want to adjust their privileges based on what they need access to.

To edit admin user permissions, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Account > Users
  2. Using the Role Privilege Definitions, decide and make note of which role or roles you need to assign the User
  3. Click on the name of the User you wish to manage
  4. Click in the Privileges field
  5. Choose the Role Privileges you wish to give
  6. Click on Save
