Find the Shipment

Either scroll through the list of shipments on your Shipments page or use the Unshipped Filter to find the shipment you need.

Once you have found the shipment you're looking for, press the Print Label button.

Choose Label Options

A dialog box will open, and by clicking on the dropdown boxes you have the ability to enter:

  • Box Type: Enter either the dimensions of your box or choose the small flat rate box
  • Package Dimensions: Enter the length, width, and height of the package
  • Package Weight: Enter your package's weight in pounds
  • Label Type: Enter the label format you are using (PNG, ZPL)

Only use the ZPL file format if you are using a Zebra printer for your shipping labels. ZPL file format is used for Zebra brand printers. Lots of merchants use Zebra thermal printers to print off their shipping labels so that they can on a sticker label instead of printing the shipping label on a paper and then taping it to the box.

Print Your Label

Once your information has been entered, press the blue Re-calculate button to see the final shipping cost. Then you can press the green Print button. A new green Download button will appear, and you will press this button to download your printable shipping label. If you made a mistake, you can always Void the Shipping Label.
