What is ShipStation?

ShipStation is a web-based software designed to help eCommerce retailers process, fulfill, and ship their orders from all the most popular marketplaces and shopping carts using all the top carriers. ShipStation automatically pulls in shipping information and allows you to ship via any one of the top carriers, or a combination. Automate and customize the way your orders are imported, sorted, and processed using ShipStation.


Go to the App Store

Choose Apps from the navigation menu, and App Store from the dropdown menu.

Activate ShipStation Integration

Find the section for Available Apps and press the blue Activate ShipStation Integration button.

Information will load on the page, including the Username, Password, and XML Endpoint that you will need later in the process, so make sure not to navigate away from this page.

Log in to ShipStation

If you already have a ShipStation account, log in. If you don't have one, start a 30-day free trial here.

Once you are logged in to your account, choose the Profile tab from the top menu bar, then choose Selling Channels and then press the green +Connect a Store or Marketplace button.

Establish Your Store in ShipStation

First, find the option for a Cratejoy Store.

You will now need the information established earlier for your Username, Password, and XML Endpoint.

Follow the rest of the store setup process by clicking the Next button, and once you're finished, ShipStation and Cratejoy will be connected.

Important Note: The timezone in ShipStation must be set to GMT.
