This updated export tool allows you to view order data in a more organized way, so you can better analyze trends and grow your sales. What’s more, it also includes additional data that wasn’t included in prior iterations, such as product variants, gift cards, and more.
You can find the updated Order Export by navigating to the “One-Time Orders” in your Cratejoy merchant portal. All you need to do is click the “Export” button in the top right corner and select “New Order Export CSV - Current Filter.”
If you would prefer to use the pre-existing Order Export, you can still find that in your merchant portal. Just click on “Legacy Order Export CSV - Current Filter” to access the previous version of the export.
