This guide will walk you through how to use the section in your seller portal called Marketplace Settings. 

Use Cratejoy’s Marketplace Settings to:

 

  1. Upload your logo

  2. Write a short bio about your business

  3. Designate which email address where you would like to receive support requests from your subscribers on Cratejoy's Marketplace

  4. Designate which email address where you would like to receive Marketing and PR opportunities from Cratejoy

  5. Include a custom Order Notification Note to be included in order confirmation emails (Marketplace order confirmation emails are sent automatically by Cratejoy)

To use this feature: log onto your Seller Portal and select Marketplace Settings.

Click Save Settings to save any information you have entered.

If you only have one email address for your business, please enter that email address in both the Customer Support field and the Marketing and PR field.
