You are able to postpone or pause any active Cratejoy Marketplace subscription. Keep in mind, this does not affect the shipments you have already paid for which are scheduled to be sent by the seller. Postponing or Pausing only affects upcoming renewal billing for that subscription.

To "skip" or postpone the next renewal billing for your Cratejoy Marketplace subscription follow these steps:

1. Visit Cratejoy.com and log in with your current email address.
2. Once logged in, click on the menu My Subscriptions.
3. Next to that order you will see Next Order Date currently reflected.  If Next Order Date is not displayed, this order is either non-renewing or already scheduled for cancellation at the end of the current term.
4. Next to the subscription you would like to postpone, click Manage Subscription.
5. Click Skip Next Order and confirm by clicking OK
6. That change will be reflected by updating the Next Order Date.


To pause a Cratejoy Marketplace subscription for longer than 1 billing cycle follow these steps: 

1. Visit Cratejoy.com and log in with your current email address.
2. Once logged in, click on the menu My Subscriptions.
3. Next to the subscription you would like to pause, click Manage Subscription.
4. Click Pause and confirm by clicking OK.
5. Once paused, that change will be reflected in the section Status: Paused.
6. When you are ready to resume renewal billing of your subscription, revisit the same menu and click Resume.
7. Once resumed, that change will be reflected in the section Status: Active.
