Dunning helps sellers avoid passive churn and win back subscribers. This feature allows sellers to attempt to renew subscribers that are set to "Past Due." Instead of going to "Expired," dunning puts Past Due subscribers into a "Suspended" status until the next renewal period.
During the next renewal period, Cratejoy will attempt to renew the subscribers to catch any subscribers who updated their payment information.
Dunning will attempt to renew subscribers for 3 additional renewal cycles before placing them in Expired status. We will retry 8 times over 10 days, for a maximum of 3 cycles.
