My customer is telling me that they didn't receive the email notification that was sent... how do I resend a customer notification?

  1. Navigate to the individual Customer details page
  2. Click on the Action button in the right hand corner
  3. Click on Resend Notification
  4. Choose the Notification from the dropdown list
  5. Click on Resend Notification
  6. You did it!
