Go to Shipments
From the merchant portal, choose Shipments from the navigation menu.
Find the Shipment
Either scroll through the list of orders on your Shipments page or use the filters to find the shipment you need. You can filter by shipped, unshipped, or all.
Cancel the Shipment
Press the Cancel Shipment button to the right of the shipment record.
Confirm the Cancellation
After pressing the Cancel Shipment button, a dialog box will appear in order to:
- Confirm that you wish to cancel the shipment
- Give you the option of notifying the customer of the cancellation via email
Choose the appropriate options and then press the Cancel Shipment button to complete the cancellation.
The page will reload, and you will see Cancelled in the status bar for the shipment. This will serve as confirmation that the shipment has been cancelled.
