If you refund a subscriber the full box cost for an order made through the Cratejoy Marketplace, the associated marketplace fees are also refunded. This includes the Seller Transaction Fee and Referral Fee. The buyer will also be refunded any additional Buyer Fees they paid during a transaction.
Please note: The Cratejoy Payments payment processor fees will NOT be refunded.
For fees to be properly refunded, the refund should be made through your Merchant Portal. If an order is partially refunded, your refund for the order's transaction fee will be prorated, but the buyer-side transaction fee will not be refunded.
