Cratejoy Support is also available to assist in a number of cases. Typically, Cratejoy Support is able to help in cases where a seller is unresponsive or if there are other issues with a store or with the Cratejoy Site.

When should I contact a seller directly?

In most situations, contacting the seller directly is the best way to get direct insight into the status of your subscription. Below are just a few of the situations where the seller will be able to best help you:

There are two primary ways to contact the seller directly on Cratejoy:

On the listing:

At the bottom of a Cratejoy listing, you will find a button to contact the seller. This will open a form where you can email the seller directly with any questions either before or after you have purchased from them

On the My Subscriptions page:

The second way to contact a seller directly is on the My Subscriptions page. The contact seller button will be on the left-hand navigation for the subscription. 

Please note: If you have multiple subscriptions across multiple sellers, be sure to click Contact Seller next to the correct subscription.
