Packing Day, Planned From One File
Pick a date range of up to 24 months and download every item in the shipments already scheduled in it, across all your billing schedules and one-time orders. A second file adds it up by product and size, so you know what to order before you need it. Both live under Shipments › Export: CSV - Shipment Contents and CSV - Shipment Totals.
Boxes Owed & End Dates
Your paid subscription boxes still marked unshipped, in boxes and dollars by month, with the prepaid portion on its own line. Below it, Subscriptions Ending counts the subscriptions already set to stop renewing, for this month and the next 11, so you can plan reorders and know when to reach out. Every section downloads as a CSV. Analytics › General › Boxes Owed & End Dates.

Apple Pay and Google Pay at Checkout
For eligible sellers’ own Cratejoy storefronts that take cards through Stripe or Cratejoy Payments. Customers pay in one step with the card in their wallet, and that card renews like any other. The buttons show when the customer’s device and browser have Apple Pay or Google Pay set up, and Marketplace checkout doesn’t change. One setting turns both on: Platform Settings › Checkout › Express Checkout › Wallet Buttons, choose Show, then Save. We handle the Stripe setup for you from there.

Find Exactly Who You’re Looking For
New and improved filters on the Customers page: Coupon Used, Lifetime Spend, Subscription Status, Subscription Product, and Subscribed For. Stack them, watch the count update, and export just that list with CSV - Current Filter. Everyone who used your spring code, customers past the $300 mark, your one-year subscribers: a few clicks each.

Every Gift Card, in One File
Download every card your store has issued, with its status, balance, who bought it, and who holds it now. Filter by Status, Balance, or Source first, then choose CSV - Current Filter to export only what you see, or CSV - All Issued Cards for every card: Products › Gift Cards › Issued Cards › Export. We email you a download link when the file is ready.

A One-Click Fix for Failed Payments
When a storefront customer’s renewal payment doesn’t go through, the email gives them an Update payment method button, no sign-in needed. Save and pay updates their card and retries the missed renewal right away. It’s already in the standard Renewal Failure email. If you wrote your own, use {{ update_payment_url }} as your button’s link: Platform Settings › Notifications › Renewal Failure.
